Great unbleached all-purpose flour for use in some of my recipes, SAF instant yeast, fleur de sel and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.  Did I mention Key lime juice, pot holders, Exoglass spoons, extra large garlic press, Spoonulas, mortar and pestle, parchment paper, pastry brushes, cake decorating tools, saffron, baking spray, non-aluminum baking powder, pitted kalamata olives, Dutch cocoa powder, black cocoa powder, meringue powder, dried egg whites, crystallized ginger, fruitcake blend, orange blossom water, Fiori di Sicilia, spice measuring spoons, mini-popover pan, dough relaxer and a hearth bread lame.  The confectioners' sugar they sell does not have cornstarch in it and will not work in my recipes.  This is my all-time favorite catalog.  I love their Web site too.
