Tropical Fruit Salad

Fruit salad is delicious with granola and vanilla yogurt. The sliced carambola makes a pretty garnish. Carambola is also called star fruit and tastes like a combination of pineapple, apple and lemon. Look for bright yellow-ridged fruits. The peel is edible and would be very difficult to remove due to the ridges.
