Fresh Fruit Juice Recipes

Here are some of my favorite juice combinations. Select one to try and follow the general instructions for all the juices. These juices keep better than vegetable juices but they are better when served immediately after they are made.


Citrus and Apple Juice

½ lemon, peeled
2 oranges peeled
1 apple, unpeeled
1 packet stevia

 


Apple and Blueberry


2 apples, unpeeled
1 (4.4-ounce) container blueberries
¼ lime, peeled

 


Pears and Raspberries

2 pears, unpeeled
1 (6-ounce) container raspberries
1 apple, unpeeled
½ lemon, peeled

 


Oranges and Strawberries

2 oranges, peeled
8 strawberries
1 apple, unpeeled
¼ lemon, peeled


Pineapple and Strawberries

1 pineapple, peeled
1 apple, unpeeled
8 strawberries

 


Pineapple and Blueberry

½ pineapple, peeled
1 (4.4-ounce) container blueberries
½ lime, peeled
8 strawberries

 

 

Citrus Blend

2 Tangerines, peeled
2 Grapefruit, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
1 packet Stevia

  Papaya and Pears

1 papaya, peeled
10 Strawberries
1 apple
2 pears

 

Purple Bliss

1 (5.6-ounce) container blackberries
2 kiwifruit, peeled
1 pear, unpeeled
1 mango, peeled
2 cups grapes without stems
2 apples, unpeeled

 

Pink Delight

4 cups red grapes
1 orange, peeled
¼ lemon, peeled
½ lime, peeled
9 ounces raspberries
2 apples, unpeeled

 

 

Pineapple and Melon

1 (16-ounce) container mixed
melon – watermelon, cantaloupe
and honeydew
1 pineapple, peeled
2 apples, unpeeled

Pink Sunset

1 pound strawberries
1 pineapple, peeled
2 Pink Lady apples, unpeeled
2 oranges, peeled

 

Grapes and Pineapple 

1 pineapple, peeled
2 cups grapes
1 apple, unpeeled
2 oranges, peeled
2 kiwifruit, peeled

 

 

Blackberries and Grapes

1 pineapple, peeled
2 oranges, peeled
2 apples, unpeeled
1 (6-ounce) container blackberries
1 cup grapes

 

1. Prepare all the fruit by cutting them to fit your juicer. Place all the
    prepared fruit on one plate to make juicing easier and faster.

2. Juice all the fruit. Blend together with a whisk. If there is more juice than you
    juicer container can hold, pour juice into a plastic jug, then whisk.

3. Serve immediately. Serve over ice if desired. This works well if fruit it at room
    temperature.

    Hint: If you have leftover juice, make ice pops in a mold.   

    Makes 1 – 2 delicious glasses of fresh juice
