Apple Pie Spice &
Sugar Butter Popcorn

Popcorn is made from "flint" corn. Popcorn is the oldest form of corn and the small kernels have a large endosperm. When the heat builds up to 400° the kernel pops open and turns inside out. Use bags of microwave popcorn for a quick easy treat. Use 8 cups popped corn if you use a popcorn maker.
